Heartbreaking Photo : ZAF Couple Who Have Being Abusing A Child(Dependent)

A ZAF couple has has been held by police for severely and barbarically abusing their nephew. Neighbors got concerned by the  the growing wounds on the the child.  Both the woman and the man are soldiers but the boy narrated that the woman used all sorts of objects such as knives and hot pressing irons to harm him for a long time now. They are held at Wooldlands Police Station. So in this world we still have women with a heart like this? Not only that, but a woman who is also a soldier in ZAF?
