National Democratic Congress NDC Party President Chishimba Kambwili says his party is not taking part in the national dialogue forum because the results of the dialogue process are pre-determined.
Mr. Kamwbili has wondered why the national dialogue bill was formulated without the voice of relevant stakeholders adding that the bill is not genuine.
Speaking when he featured on United voice radio program add your voice, Mr. Kamwbili has question the national dialogue bill, adding that what is contained in the national dialogue bill is not what is enshrined in the constitution of Zambia.
Meanwhile, Mr. Kambwili says the recent misunderstandings between him and Mwenya Musenge are being driven by the ruling party to destabilise the NDC.
Mr Kambwili has accused Mr. Musenge of choosing money over the party and the struggling Zambians.
