UNZA and CBU these institutions have kept producing graduates that can only talk but fails to get down to work, they are Universities that Produces Civil Servants not Employers.

In this world things have changed need to produce Inventors, Employers and not Employees worse more Civil Servants. We have students who only Graduate with good English and nice Theories that yields Nothing. Let’s get down to the dirty work to get things done.

As much as we know that we are a poor country, we also need to be practical. Graduates usually are jobless because of one simple truth, they are not Practical and Real in their approach in Society.

Its a pity how the Educated Complain over simple and straight forward things, if Uneducated person can Create Employment for himself and others what about you the so called educated?

Why did you go to school if you can’t be creative and innovative enough? No Government in the world creates Employment for every Graduate. Change your MINDSET.

Look at the State of our Nation compare it with our Neighbors it is so embarrassing, after 54 years of independence people still drink Contaminated Running Water yet water Engineers Graduate every year…. Shame
