THE opposition will have a tough time in 2021 because the projects being undertaken by the Patriotic Front (PF) will speak volumes to the Zambian people, PF media director Sunday Chanda has said.

Mr Chanda said the PF would not face any challenges in 2021 as its works would be testimony of its good leadership.

He said that the ruling party had a visionary leadership which was destined to significantly improve the welfare of the nation.

Mr Chanda said the opposition was now panicking because of the great works being undertaken by the ruling party.

He said that the opposition political parties only wished the PF to fail so that they could use it as a campaign too.

Mr Chanda said the opposition had many times tried to distract the ruling party through accusations of corruptions in ongoing projects but that the PF had simply paid a death ear and continued to execute its duties of serving the Zambian people.

“This time around the opposition is panicking because of what we are currently doing. We are rolling out developmental projects across the country which is testimony of the good leadership led by his Excellency President Edgar Lungu,” he said.

“Our friends all they have been wishing is to paint this gloom picture about Zambia. They have been accusing government of corruption just to ensure that it fails to do what is right for the Zambian people,” Mr Chanda said.

Mr Chanda said that the opposition would not have any message for the Zambian people in 2021 as the ruling party was implementing all its campaign promises.

“The opposition will have a tough time in 2021 because the projects being done by the Patriotic Front will speak volumes and, to say the truth, they will have no message for the people of Zambia,” he said.
