Student’s Fate In Rape Case To Be Known In August

University of Lusaka Student Chokani Sakala who is accused of raping a 20-year-old daughter of late President Michael Sata has denied raping the victim saying they had consensual sex.

Sakala further says during the intercourse, she demanded for another round without protection as she was allergic to condoms.

In this case allegations are that on November 11, 2017 Sakala raped the victim in a car at a park when they went for an outing.

During his defense before court, Sakala testified that the two kissed in readiness for sex.

He also told the court that they were love birds before the offense was committed adding that they had sex several times during their relationship.
