FORMER Minister of Community Development and Social Services, Emerine Kabanshi, has appeared in the Lusaka Magistrate Court, in a matter she was arrested for alleged abuse of authority of office by a combined Anti-Corruption Commission and Drug Enforcement Commission team.

Ms Kabanshi, 54, a politician of Kanakantapa area in Chongwe, appeared before Chief Resident Magistrate Lameck Mwale but her matter was not called because her indictment and prosecutors were not before court.
