A 30-YEAR-OLD man of Lusaka’s Kanyama Township has been found dead, half-dressed and the skin covering his genitalia removed. The body of the man, identified as Guyi Simutanda, was discovered at Chunga sewerage dams at 02:00 hours by his sister, Mable Mushipi, 33, of Chunga Township, after she was alerted by some members of the public. Police deputy spokesperson Rae Hamoonga said in Lusaka yesterday that the incident occurred either on Friday yesterday.

Mr Hamoonga said according to information, Mr Simutanda left his home on Friday at around 21:30 hours to attend a funeral at the sister’s place but met his fate on his way. “Police visited the scene and found Mr Simutanda half-dressed with his trousers and pant removed. After inspecting his body, it was discovered that the whole skin covering the genitals was removed using a suspected sharp instrument which was not found at the scene,” Mr Hamoonga said
