POLICE in Lusaka have formally charged Capital Buses (Flash) operations manager Anold Zulu and his 21-year-old male partner Adrian Mazuba who were caught pants down having sex with each other last Thursday.
Police acting spokesperson Danny Mwale said the “couple”
had been charged with the offence of having Canal Knowledge of the person against the Order of Nature contrary to Section 155A read together with 158 (indecent practices between males) Chapter 87 of the Penal Code of the Laws of Zambia.
Mwale revealed that Zulu and his sex partner remained detained in police custody and would appear in court soon.
Last week, Mwale explained that the couple retreated to Zulu’s in Kanyama Compound to engage in the ungodly act but suspicious neighbours alerted police.
He revealed that when officers arrived on the scene, they found the duo red-handed in the act with Zulu mounting Mazuba.
Zulu was then taken into police custody while Mazuba was taken for medical examination to acertain penetration.
Mwale confirmed the incident and said Zulu was in custody while Mazuba had been taken for medical examinations.
“Police in Lusaka recorded a case of Sodomy which occurred on 22 August, 2019 between 14 and 17 hours. Involved was Anold Zulu aged 52 who was found having canal knowledge against the Order of Nature with Adrian Mazuba aged 21 of Kanyama site and service,” Mwale said.
