A 42 year old Zambia Air force officer of Twin palm area narrated to the Lusaka magistrate court how his 38 year old boss Major Thomas Yanina has continuously allegedly defiled his 15 year old daughter.
The Victims father told the court that he was furious when he found out that his boss Thomas Yanina had been having sex with his daughter to an extent that if he had a weapon near him he could use it.
He told the court that he feels betrayed because Thomas is not only his boss but a friend as whenever he is faced with a Challenge he rushes to him.
In this matter it is alleged that the two used to be lovers, and when the victim’s father checked his daughter’s phone he found love massages from his boss.
Particulars of the offence are that Yanina of ZAF twin palm between December 2018 and 31st march 2019 in Lusaka did have carnal knowledge of his junior’s daughter.
