The Zambian DNA has noted that President  Edgar Chagwa Lungu’s concerns that some people are abusing  social media by deliberately peddling falsehoods against Government is spot on.

Some sections of society recent ascertion that the ruling PF is scheming to ban the UPND from contesting the 2021 polls is not only misleading, fake news but also designed to incite Zambians to rise against their democratically elected Government.
We advise those abusing  social media to heed the Republican President’s timely call and advise that they refrain from such acts that hold the potential to trigger conflicts in the country.
