Higer Bus Company Limited and Higer Bus Zambia Limited have petitioned the Lusaka High court seeking an order for possession and delivery of the vehicles and the four buses pledged as collateral by Shalom Bus Services Limited.

The plaintiffs are seeking an order for the sale of the vehicles and buses with interest at 25 percent per anum in accordance with the agreement and interest at the current lending rate as determined by the Bank of Zambia from the date of judgment until the date of payment.
