The Choma Magistrates Court has adjourned the case involving a 36 year old taxi driver of Macha Road facing one court of incest contrary to the laws of Zambia.

Gershom Nawa’s case was set for commencement of trial Tuesday, but Senior Resident Magistrate Idah Mupemo adjourned the matter because Principle Resident Magistrate, Exnobert Zulu was out of town.

The defendant is accused of having carnal knowledge of his niece Monica Nawa on 8th October last year, a charge he denies.
