Dr. Jobbicks Kalumba, the Permanent Secretary- Technical Services, has provided further guidance that teachers and pupils should not be going to Schools/ Colleges and mentioned that however, Head teachers and Deputy Head teachers can be alternating when necessary. This information is contained in a circular that was relayed to all Provincial Education Officers on 24 March, 2020.
