FOUR former pupils of Mwense Secondary School have drowned in the Luapula River.

The quartet are said to have been coming from neighboring DR Congo yesterday when a strong wind caused their boat to capsize and spill them in the river.

Bright Chibemba, a cousin to three of the deceased confirmed the deaths of his relatives to Kalemba.

He identified the victims as 30-year-old Hellen Musonda, Chama Geoffrey, 24, Priscilla Kabaso, 25 and Kasumba Tracy aged 1
