Former Special assistant to the President for Politics Kaizer Zulu has apologised to Chitambo member of Parliament Chanda Mutale for beating him after a misunderstanding.

Mr. Zulu says he misconstrued the alleged insults hurled by Mr. Mutale at him as if they were targeted at the Head of State.

This is according to a press release by Mr. Zulu, narrating the incident that occurred at Chicago bar and Restaurant in Lusaka some weeks back.
