SODOMY SUSPECT TO KNOW FATE IN MAY

The Lusaka Magistrate Court has set 5th May 2021 as date for ruling on case or no case to answer in a matter in which a 53 year old farmer of Chisamba is accused of Sodomy and possessing obscene materials.
Before the State closed its case, Detective chief inspector George Bwalya who was based at Chelstone police station testified that Douglas Watts was examined at Levy Mwanawasa Hospital in Lusaka after suspicious of sodomy with a male Juvenile.
Detective Bwalya said when he received the report he rushed to the lodge were they found Watt and a black young man booked in room number 4.
In this matter, Watt is facing two counts of unnatural offences and possessing obscene materials.
