POLITICIANS SHOULD STOP ALARMING THE NATION.

The Zambian DNA is calling on all political parties participating in the August 12 elections, to conduct their door to door campaigns peacefully within the confines of the law.

We urge political party leaders and their supporters to desist from alarming the nation by peddling falsehoods and allegations that hold the potential to set the country on fire.

We call upon citizens of this great Christian Nation to ignore the rantings of desperate politicians who can go to any length to gain cheap political mileage and public sympathy by accusing the Police of assassination attempts.

We also urge the Police High Command to be firm and bring to book any one found wanting by perpetrating violence or alarming the nation.
