No Lwandamina For ZESCO In Guinea As Chipolopolo Take Precendence

Zesco United coach George Lwadamina will not travel with the Zambian champions to Guinea for their CAF champions league first round second leg match against Horoya AC owing to national team commitments.

Lwandamina who doubles as Chipolopolo coach has found himself entangled in a tight schedule of fixtures for both Zesco United and the national team.

Zesco United media and public relations officer Katebe Chongo confirmed to the ZamFoot Crew that Lwandamina will remain to drill the national team.

Zesco who carry a 4 – 1 lead into the second leg play on Sunday evening, (kick off at 1900hrs) while the national team will be in action in Ndola on Wednesday.

Four players from Zesco United, goalkeeper Jacob Banda defender Dauti Musekwa, midfielders Mwape Mwelwa and Clatous Chama have been named in the Chipolopolo squad and are expected to be part of the team that will play Congo Brazaville.

You are an ignorant fool, have you not heard of no political interferance in football? So to you everything is politics! What a shame.

Somehow am scared of these Brazzaville boys considering their 3-1 drubbing of Nigeria in Nigeria, and the general state of confusion in FAZ, plus our historical failures in making good travel arrangements. This effectively means Chipolopolo should leave for Ponte Noire the same Wednesday next week soon after the game

Honestly, can’t ZESCO employ another coach who will be with them every time he is needed? 4-1 lead means nothing when you have left behind some of your best players especially when with assistant coach. Not good for the team.
