‘LIMPING’ Dora Siliya Warned And Cautioned, LAWYER Refuses To Grant MEDIA Audience

The flamboyant former education minister who failed to appear before the investigations team last week to sickness was accompanied by his lawyer Lubinda Linyama of Eric Silwamba and Company.
Ms Siliya however who was questioned from about 08:30 hours to 09:40 hours opted to remain mute when journalists tried to find out how her questions had gone.
Her lawyer Lubinda Linyama equally refused to grant the Journalists an audience.
Ms Siliya has been linked to illegality during the time she served as transport and communications minister involving the engaging of RP Capital Group to evaluate Zamtel assets which was later sold to Libya’s LAP Green and the cancellation of a radar system tender for the then Lusaka and Livingstone international airports awarded to Thales Air Systems SA.
And police spokesperson Elizabeth Kanjela has disclosed that Ms. Siliya has been warned and cautioned for abuse of authority of office contrary to section 99 of cap 87 subsection 1 of the laws of Zambia.
QFM reports Mr. Kanjela told journalists in Lusaka that investigation in the matter will continue.

Ms Silya was summoned in relation to the awarding of a tender for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of the Zambia air traffic management surveillance Radar system which took place between July 2008 and July 2010.

Another young and intelligent politician ruined due to ehr pride and arrogance. I have never seen such an arrogant person like Dora, she though she knew it all.
It will be difficult to sympathise with her, even when she is finally incacerrated!!!
