KALUSHA Welcomes Munaile Challenge

Kalusha Bwalya says he is not threatened by Emmanuel Munaile’s challenge for the FAZ presidency. Kalusha, who is re-contesting his position , told journalists in Choma minutes before addressing a closed door meeting that his record speak for itself.

The meeting that took place at Choma Hotel at 15 hours appeared to be tapping into the trophy tour run that is currently going on.

Kalusha was in the company of Boniface Mwamelo, Marcha Chilemena among others.

“I am not threatened by the challenge because this is a democracy, it’s up to the people of Zambia to decide. My record speaks 4 itself,” he said.

Munaile, who is vying for the FAZ top post at the March 31 FAZ elections, was elected vice-president in 2008 when Kalusha took over leadership but quit in October 2010 citing lack of transparency and accountability in the administration of the game.
