The Long Running of Rupiah Banda From Zambian Justice To USA
Many questions within Our Zambian Community still remains Unanswerable, and many of them have failed to turned out from nightmares and dreams. Where on a earth have we ever seen a responsibility Government letting former plunderers and corruption leaders to be so lose and free, and continuing on enjoying themselves together with their relatives some stolen trillions of kwacha’s from innocent Zambians, and yet the PF Government still called this thugs innocent or untouchable.
The Zambian People gave their Mandate to vote for PF last year in power with visions to see some news changes mostly to weep out corruption, as a result to bring all Corrupted MMD Leaders to Justice and faces several criminal Corruption charges, including mismanagement of Government funds, and to restart the National governance affairs afresh.
The People of Zambia were not too fools to make their decisions on that historical momentum election day. They decided for a better to meaning citizens of this beloved Nation. The People’s wishes and desires was to see that after electing PF into office, they really expectations was to see that, those MMD rotten thugs are nabbed immediately and trialed by Our National Justice. To this end long-term victims of Zambia would be joyfully seeing Mr. Banda and his group of thugs relinquishing at Mukobako Jail, by ba mwisho bedsides to became wifes.
On that noble day, Our fellow Zambians casts their votes in thousands to favor PF Political Party winning elections, and most of them where so jovial, happy and blind forded, neither no one knew that the Party to elected will be so doomed or reactant to make some follow up against former Corrupted MMD Leaders for promptly Justice.
The entirely investigation, findings and facts by Our Zambia investigation Units are now completed , that the formers stolen a lot of trillions of kwacha’s from the Zambian People. It is now up to the PF Government to make this follow up, that this cuprites are locked behind bars, before evidences against them are changed or destroyed. The longer we keep on searching for more evidences against this thieves, the more chances for them to exit from this charges.
However, because of this reactant manners with the PF Government towards taking promptly action to this former MMD Criminals, some thief’s like Mr. Banda ( former President) and his wife have now run away to USA in Boston to hide for ever and ever till their Corruption charges are forgotten by foolish Zambians, and no more returning to Zambia, maybe returning back to Malawi or Zimbabwe or asked political asylum in the USA.
In the first instance, Mr. Banda and his wife were not supposed to leave Zambia without making their names cleared by Our Judiciary System. We did the USA Embassy provided Visa this dirty Criminals ? either was this motivated through weakness of PF Government, or this was done through dubious means for this Thug (Mr. Banda) to run from Justice engineered by USA and PF government.
The are a lot of duty criminal charges leveled against Mr. Banda to answer at home in Zambia. And at Boston University, what type of lecture is Mr. Banda going to teach to people there, the man is a standard six (form two) at Munali, and holding a very old outdated BA, which is today equivalent to grade twelve certificate. Maybe he will given lecturing at Boston in sexology of how to make twins with grandchildren or how to destroyed National Economies through theft . It is high time to lift his immunity and involved Interpol if this man refused to come back to Zambia and faces his incoming allegations and charges. He is born a thug lucking trusted mind, also he poor and doom Zambians over his birth rights before he became a President of Zambia.
As the leader of Adedo –Zamucano, I am appealing to the PF Government to lift the immunity of former President Mr. R. Banda immediately, and request the USA Government to cancel his visa together with his wife and returned back Zambia for clearing their names through judiciary channels.
May God Bless the People of Zambia, and Viva Black Africans to live longer for realities.

who ever is the auther of this article, it is important to note that the US and other developed country governments do not act or arrest people based on speculation like our african governments.
They look at facts and the law enforcers are not instructed by national leaders to deal with suspects, they just act naturally.
Until a time when we under the meaning of democracy, we are better off rulled by dictators or kings or chiefs. we cant afford copy cat governance.

There is a lot of truth in what you have written. things that all Zambians should be questioning our Government about. we see the PF government fighting corruption But at the end of the day no one of the so called thefts are brought to book. some with clear evidence against them. am begging to think that jail in Zambia is only for the poor. the rich who are real theft are to smart and above our law.

fellow Zambians it is my understanding that the writer is trying to bring to our attention. the failure of our Laws and Government to bring to book those people who clearly beyond a shadow of a doubt steal large amount of Tax payers money to in-reach them self’s. clearly Mr banda was the head of a group of thefts who robbed the nation and allowed corruption to go on as if it was x-mas e.g the sale of Zamtele to lapgreen..and may others. I think the writer needs to understand there is no way RB’s BA can be compared to Grade 12. For one to get a degree those days- needed to sharp. it was not easy like it is today with your .com materials. For Boston University to have selected him to go and lecture at their univesity it means he passed their selection creteria. So the writer should accept that fact.Kwasila.
