Council of Churches in Zambia (CCZ) Secretary General Suzanne Matale has hailed the church in the country for speaking for the voiceless.
Reverend Matale tells Qfm in an exclusive interview that the church has played its role of providing checks and balances on government policies and also restoring hope for the hopeless in society.
She has therefore urged on Christians in the country to remain united and ensure that they complement government in developmental projects.
Reverend Matale has also urged government to deliver on its campaign promises adding that this is the expectation of the church mother body.
