Chipimo Joins Calls For DPP To Go

National Restoration party president Elias Chipimo junior has joined fellow opposition leaders in calling for the resignation of the Director for Public Prosecutions Mutembo Nchito.

Mr Chipimo says it will only be moral for Mr. Nchito to resign as DPP to pave way for further investigations into the unpaid Development bank of Zambia loan which the defunct Zambian Airways acquired.

He says he is making the call not because he has personal fights with Mr. Nchito or the Post newspapers but because he is a citizen who is ready to stand for what he believes in.

Mr. Chipimo says it is a clear that Mr. Nchito, JNC holdings- a company which he owned jointly with his brother Nchima, and the post newspapers arranged finance from the Development bank of Zambia to shore up an airline they had invested in and of which the money has not yet been paid back.

Speaking at a media briefing in Lusaka this morning, Mr. Chipimo says the appointment of a tribunal by President Michael Sata to look into the action of the three suspended Judges is based upon a complaint from persons considered publicly to be close associates of the President.

He says the big question that should surround the move by the President is not whether he acted within the law or not but whether he used his powers appropriately.

Mr. Chipimo notes that if the president did not use his powers appropriately, the implications of such an action would be considered abuse of his power.

He says whatever the background of the President’s decision, certain questions surrounding the sourcing of finances involving Mr. Nchito, the Post newspapers and the Development bank of Zambia need to be answered if the matter is to be resolved amicably.

Nevers Mumba is a money laundering machine.

He abuses tax payers money and fires anyone who gets in his way. He and Mr Nzoya (the deputy at the high commission here in Ottawa) have been stealing money to buy luxury cars for them selves in Ottawa

They also have an office slut “Carolina Rodriguez” working for them and she abuses the Zambian mission’s money by offering her physical body . She has surgical great perky boobs, tattoo on her hip, tattoo on her left wrist and a pierced clit

That is a very good view point Mr. Chipimo. But delve much further, you may find that the banning of the airways was engineered to fix the proprieters after the loan went thru.
And that, dear Chipimo would open the Pandora’s box. Keep watching the drama.

He may be a small measure of something. Since he shows a hint of brains, small measure of dick maybe.

jnr and chimbwi the third are all useless names of bemba idiots. mmembe and nchito have not disputed borrowing the money. this was a business transaction but someone closed the business that could have repaid back the money. only a fool can defend our judiciary infact sata should have suspended many more.a few years ago it was cj who had to force accountants to pay him money more than what he was entitled to and also to pay his wife who was never a grz worker when travelling to tanzania. mathew ngulube also went after receiving money from zamtrop. recently the supreme court said there was too much corruption in the manner the high court handled the issue of the diamonds which RB also finally sold. who cleared dora after a tribunal of three judges found her to have breached the constitution? anyway remember the judgement of jones chinyama over the case of kafupi

Today the CEO of the South African National Roads Agency (SANRAL)has resigned because of a Road Tolling saga that has provoked a public outcry over huge toll fees that motorists are expected be paying daily for using the upgraded road network in SA’s Gauteng Province. A few weeks ago tens of thousands of people marched in Gauteng to protest against the proposed fees for using these roads (which would also affect international road users by the way). Following a court ruling last week that interdicted government from implementing these fees, the SANRAL chief yesterday announced his resignation, which I think is the sort of thing expected on Mr. Nchito given these controvesies surrounding his DBZ loan and connections to the Post Newspapers. That is what nobility entails.

HE MCS SHOULD APPOINT MUTEMBO AS CHIEF JUSTICE. HE HAS HAS BEEN EXEMPLARY AND WE ARE SUPPORTING HIM. IF OUR JUDGES WERE AS IMPECABLE AS THIS GREAT MAN OF VALOUR, THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM OF THIS COUNTRY COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. CALLS FOR HIS RESIGNATION BY SOME MINOR GROUPS ARE UNFOUNDED, NEITHER HERE NOR THERE. THESE SHOULD JUST BE IGNORED AND TREATED AS THE USUAL REACTIONS OF A BITTER ENEMY.

OUR OPPOSITION BEHAVES LIKE A HEADLESS CHIKEN. FIRST IT WAS ABOUT REALIGNMENT OF DISTRICTS. THEY RAISED A LOT OF DUST BUT FOR NOTHING. THEN CAME THE BA64. AN EXCITED NGAMBELA BEATING HIS PRIMITIVE MAOMA DRUMS RAISED A LOT OF DUST. AGAIN NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. NOW IT IS THE CRY OVER THE SUSPENDED ERRING JUDGES. THIS AGAIN WILL AMOUNT TO NOTHING.
PLEASE GROW UP AND DISCUSS ISSUES. OR SUPPORT THE RIGHT CAUSE. NOT JUST OPPOSING FOR NOTHING.

I agree with Mr. Chipimo. The President should refrain from shielding people who facilitated his way up. Mr. Maamba and Mr. Nchito are among those who gave Mr. Sata the platform to be were he is now.I only hope Zambians are able to read between the lines.
This is not right at all Mr President. You are not ruunning a country of ilitrates but full of intellectuals who understands the laws of the land. Be alert Zambians.

You shouldn’t have pulled such a move. Back stabbers! The fact that the two of you hail from the north gave fuel to the claims of bemba underhandedness.
