Letter From Justice Minister To President(Judge Musonda Reveals That His Life Is In Danger)

His Excellency Mr Michael Chilufya Sata, President of
the Republic of Zambia, has decided to make the letter containing suspended Supreme Court
judge Phillip Musonda’s application for early retirement public.

The President said he has acted in this manner to insulate the general public from lies and
distortions being permeated by some irresponsible media houses with strange agenda.

“My principal obligation is to be guardian of public interest and it is therefore my duty to
correct falsehoods, twists and misrepresentation of facts by certain deceitful elements and
authors of disorder within our political circles and beyond,” President Sata said.

“This Government is committed to follow the due of the law and no amount of sabre rattling
will stop our national agenda of bringing transparency and accountability in all arms of
governance. Ours is a contract with the people and we will end at nothing to accomplish
this.”

On judge Musonda’s request for early retirement, President Sata said he would only consider
the application after the tribunal has sat.

“I have set up a tribunal as distinctly approved by the Constitution of Zambia and we shall
not circumvent that process. For that reason, I will only consider his Lordship Phillip
Musonda’s request for early retirement after the tribunal’s findings,” President Sata said.

Now the judge will be sued for libel by the DPP and someone will file an injunction and by the time the matter is disposed of all monies transferred to the judge’ wife will be finished in legal fees to mumba kapumpa even before the tribunal completes its work and a commission is set up to identify who actually visited mohan in prison and who wrote and published the story of the visit and if there is anything wrong about visiting a prisoner in jail…..

This man has denied knowing Mohan!!

I cant believe my ears. This is the man you dealt with together with some lawyers over a muder case. A lot of money exchanged hands. Heavy money indeed. Judge Musonda was at the center of all of it!

  15. Corrupt & Stinking Rich Judge

    May 12, 2012 at 9:52 am

Why all the noise from only one Judge when Three were given the suspension?

Indeed a very noisy squicky door needs heavy greasing. So is this Judge.

Look at all the things he is doing and saying, they are from a desparate man. Desparados are very dangerous men.

With those extremly high Monthly salaries of over 75M monthly he is able to buy other Desparados, in Opposition leaders.

I hope the Tribunal findings should cane these HH and company.

WHY GO THRU CHANDA CHIMBA’S ROAD WHICH LEADS TO NO WHERE? IN ANYCASE WHOSE LIFE WAS IN MORE PERIL BETWEEN CHANDA CHIMBA’S AND THE JUDGE’S? IF HIS LIFE IS IN DANGER AS HE ALLEGES, WHY NOT SEEK POLICE OR PRESIDENTIAL PROTECTION RATHER THAN RUNNING INTO SOME EMBASSY?

The guilty ones are always afraid and like it is said, the biggest and most difficult fight to win is fight corruption because the corrupt fight back and real hard. it take a man of stamina like MC to handle the pressure. the corrupt will fight you by calling you corrupt and you look more corrupt. It is common knoledge and well known by everyone that pa ZED the rich rarely loose their cases, sometimes it takes years for their cases to be disposed off while the poor within days they are convicted. SHAMe SHAME on NGP.

Someone told me how these Judges thru some lawyers will solicit a “handsome” payment in return for a favourable Judgment.

Judge Musonda is just one of the most Rotten Fat Rats despite getting over 75,000,000,00 ZMK, in 20 days!!!!!!!!! The chap continued to solicit for over 31yrs bribes from accused persons.

We know some lawyers and Mohan once pointed this out.

A Mr. Sambo once pointed this out too.

    The list is endless.

@@manu4life-JPMorgan bank, the biggest bank in the USA has lost more than $2bn in poor banking or wall street practices. If a bank caressly gives out unsecured (uninsured) loans, it has to blame itself if I fail to pay for simple and explained reasons. In this case the airlines company was declared insolvent, so where does DBZ expext to recoup the loss? From individual salaries???

If MCS has been corrupt, they would have been peace in the country for the rich while throwing faeces on the poor. Since His intention is to protect the innocent thats why there is chaos on the rich. Its wealth distribution
