RB’s Son Quizzed Over Road Contracts Deal
ormer President, Rupiah Banda’s son Andrew, has been warned and cautioned for allegedly soliciting and receiving gratification.
Mr. Banda, who is Zambia’s Deputy High Commissioner to India, was on May 1, this year interrogated in connection with his alleged solicitation of two per cent payment made on all road contracts offered to an Italian company, Fratelli Locci.
It is believed that the agreement between Fratelli Locci and Mr. Banda was signed in July, last year.
Mr. Banda was also being investigated on allegations of receipt of suspected proceeds of crime.
He is alleged to have received more than K195 million from the Italian company, which was engaged for road projects by the Road Development Agency (RDA)

Kenneth Konga, Former Minister of Energy has collapsed during interogation by the task force on Corruption. he he he. They want to grab the Hotel he has been building as suspected to be Proceeds of crime. lelo. he is losing it same with RB’s son Andrew to lose the house as that is where the corrupt signing of the 2% exstortion case took place. The thieves from MMD are in deep sh!t. It is confirmed that Kenneth Konga collapsed while being questioned by a team of investigators and has been rushed to UTH. Shock can kill you when you find out that the Task Force has all the data of how you got your wealthy. All these chaps thought MMD will rule beyond 2011 and they will enjoy there ill-gotten wealth, alas that is not for them!

For this he goat (K Konga) who pretended to collapse during interogation,these are just mere tricks FTJ Chiluba used to do and it is a serious cancer in MMD .
You should have brought a BADIZO then hook it to his machende for castration, thus when you can see a 100mts relay and prove that are just tricks.

if criminals come out of jail under the pretext of bail, then people can steal and use part of the money for bails!!logically thats what it means, it defeats the fight for corruption. the poor will go in the rich will not, thats the justice we are seeing
