Diva Mampi gone solo? Her status changed recently after word went round that she’s having problems with her footballer fiance Dominic Yobe, a convicted match fixer. Her facebook status now reads ‘Mampi Mukape went from being “engaged” to “single.”

@ Bigge – I tell it as it is, no words barred, no pretence like most zambians!! Nothing to do with frustration my friend. It’s to do with my urge to bring change in zambia and the world. Can you imagine if Mandela had crossed his hands and said well apartheid can’t be defeated – where would we be as Africans!! The same goes for Mandela and all our libertation heroes in Africa, India (Ghandi) – they took a stand, the world laughed and thought it an impossible task – but look what happened. The mentality and actions of Zambian and african men towards women needs to change – remember it takes 1 person to catalyse change in the world.

Zambia are looking into World Cup regulations after it emerged that Sudan had fielded an ineligible player against them in their 2-0 defeat in Khartoum two weeks ago.
The East African side used an ineligible player in the match. Saif Eldin was one of the goal scorers and as a result they could face disciplinary action after allowing the Al Hilal player to feature against the African champions.
Saif Eldin was red carded in their match against Zambia after he fouled Kalaba and picked up a second yellow and was given his matching orders in the African Cup of Nations. Chipolopolo won 3-0 to reach their first final in 16 years where they beat Ivory Coast 8-7 on post-match penalties.
