GAY Congolese Sued for Allegedly Forcing Children to Engage in Oral Sex
A Congolese national Patrick Mwamba of Lusaka’s Chawama compound has been dragged to court, for allegedly subjecting five boys to oral sex by sucking his manhood.
35 year old Patrick Mwamba, a hair dresser, of Lusaka’s Chawama compound is alleged to have lured the five children aged between nine and thirteen into his house where he allegedly forced them to suck his manhood.
He is also alleged to have subjected the juveniles to watching an obscene video.
Some of children were allegedly forced to fondle his manhood to boost his lustful quench for sexual satisfaction.
Mwamba who appeared before Lusaka principle resident magistrate David Simusamba has pleaded not guilty to six counts of indecent assault and one count of possession of three obscene DVDs.
He is alleged to have committed the offenses between 1st April 2012 and June 2 2012.
And magistrate Simusamba raised concern on errors that appeared on the indictment as some of the charges appeared to have been committed on 30th June 2012, a date that has not yet elapsed.
Magistrate Simusamba also noted that the charge referred to indecent assault on females when the names of the victims appear to be male.
Meanwhile Mwamba has been granted free bail and ordered to provide two working sureties.
He has however been remanded at Lusaka’s Kamwala remand prison until he meets the bail conditions.

Do we need more evidence to push the argument that homosexuality needs to be legalised in Africa?? This man could then find a consenting partner to satisfy his needs rather than sodomizing and abusing children. Deny and ignore at your own peril and the peril of your children

This is really sad. The guy must be caged. But I am afraid, he might just get away from it, how does someone explain the wrong dates and descriptions of the victims? On a technicality, the guy might be freed. Please powers that may be, charge the person who prepared the indictment with Gross Negligence of Duty and assign this case to a more competent person so that justice may be met.

The Headline sounds as if this is a civil case. This Headline is not just misleading but reveals to a greater extent the quality of reporters at Tumfweko.These reporters must be trained to improve on the quality of reporting, and I can assure you, you won’t lose anything by sending them back to school.The headline should have included such simple words as ”arrested and charged”.

Here in the uk and indeed other countries including the usa, lesbians and gay couples do adopt children and in the uk, there is a hot issue about the governement giving the same right to same sex couples as the heterosexual ones. This makes me sick to the core. I cant farthom this even from the biblical sense, its abomination.

I have long been preaching to these guys to enrol in a school for nomencature, but to no avail. Now, even the judge doesnt know whether the victims are male or female!
