A woman named Cintia Mayerle got the most bizarre shock of her life recently when she discovered a used condom in a tomato paste she used in cooking her family dinner.

I have worked in food packaging factories and that is pure sabotage from one of the cannery stuff in the factory. Maybe the can dirty ditecters were off or not working which in most cases the line stops running automaticaly. That is if its not the hasband of the woman puting it in the can thinking it wont be used again after ku uchende na hule.

Iam disgusted with your level of reasoning! Mind you these are matters of Law and not history or civic education! In such cases there are certain factors that needs to be considered before compersation is given and i deliberately put up that question coz i knew that there would be idiets like you who do not see beyond their wide noses!
In such cases, the courts look at the following;
(1)Existence of duty of care
(ii) Breach of that duty
(iii)If there is ANY DAMAGE caused to plaintiff!
