Congolese Jailed 14 Years For Using And Recruiting Child Soldiers

In its first sentencing, the International Criminal Court has imprisoned a Congolese militia leader for fourteen years. Thomas Lubanga was found guilty of using and recruiting child soldiers during the conflict in eastern Congo ten years ago. At the time Lubanga led one of the main factions in the conflict.     why did they test that nuclear bomb from innocent people ? in hiroshima and nakasaki . why didnt they test it in congo , coz i have never met a congole with a human heart .
