SATA Reshuffles His Cabinet, Appoints Masebo As Minister

Flash Back: President Sata On Facebook

President Michael Sata has re-shuffled cabinet and brought back two ministries he removed a few months ago.

Sylvia Masebo has been given a cabinet ministry in charge of Tourism which has been de-linked from Foreign Affairs. This was how it was in the last government.

Kennedy Sakeni will be the new Minister of Information and Broadcasting, while Fackson Shamenda goes to labour which is now a full cabinet ministry again just like in the MMD before Sata delinked them.

Edgar Lungu becomes new Minister of Home Affairs.

Anynody who has hope in Ukwa [CNP] must be very dull. Surely this is not a man who can deliver and none of all his promises has come to fruition. While people are drawing their attention to his tung his relatives are busy feeling their pockets. After five years of his rule, even the little that is in reserve will be stollen by these Kolwestans. Stealing is their nature and they cant do without it. To them stealing ku toola fye, and they say uulima mwibala alya mwibala. SHAME ON THEM!

Can RB comment on this appointment. My big man Levy Mwanawasa left this country on the right truck after seven years of brainstorming and hard work. Foolish Nyama Soya behaved as if all what Levy did was useless and made a free for all Government. Unfortunately the current Government is like a headless chicken which doesnt know where to go.

Didn’t he promise to keep a small cabinet?
Isn’t this the man who said he wants to minimize expenditures on government?

This is totally the opposite. New ministries, lots and lots of districts, new provinces etc.

ALL THESE ARE EXPENSES. Where is Sata taking us?

The Ministry of Tourism has specifically been de-linked or created specifically for Sylvia Masebo. Nepotism at work in PF government.

demagoguery that they almost succeeded in concealing has become unmistakable to every Zambian who has a basic ability to read between the lines….one thing inevitable is that the people will wake up again from their slumber and kick the demagogues out…September 2011 electorates envisioned a meaningful leadership and not this Hullabaloo….pride comes before the fall and i can smell another revolution

Mr President congratulations for appointing Silvia, a woman of substance to this important portfolio. Restructuring all institutions under Government and advertising all positions of Members of the Board of Directors, CEO and Directors is key to re-align this country on the right path again. America and South Africa are successful because of this. How do you expect one to perform in Tourism when they have no knowledge of the sector? ZAMBIA COME ON!!!!!!!!!!!!

The once glamorous POST has already defended this move. I tried to reason with a few friends that when people pushed for Saul to be king, God allowed it so that people can learn a bitter lesson. It’s happening again right here in zed. Problem is noushalimo nao akabamo. We are headed for more troubled waters. God deliver us…

The one with potholes in the head is now a Minister in the PF government. It’s either the Minister is a politiking bootlicker or the other has also now developed potholes in the head.

Only foolish heads cant believe that change indeed comes with a lot of expectations and experiments ! This country has been under 20 yrs of mismanagement by MMD,no national transport carrier.i.e road, sea or air ! We require strong leaders like king MIKE and his team to make the much needed radical changes which we are now experiencing ! Bembas brot independence thru CHACHACHA,and cowards from South have always remained behind and cant even protect their own cattle, but end up migrating to other provinces for greener pastures,. .Come on you fellows, burry your pride and come on board. Your cousins have realised that they cant do without MWAMUKOLO . VIVA PF AND ALL THE CHANGES

Zambia tili muchibe!!!! what is happening in Zambia is something unbelievable. Honest speaking I have a problem to believe Mr SATA now. He say this today tomorrow he does the opposite. During Chama campaign he promise the farmers not to burn Cotton that the Government will do somthing, little did i realised that something sometimes means nothing. now I know the meaning of PF it means Phaya Farmer (PF)
Last time he reduced the cabinet and condenm MMD now we are seeing more cabinets being formed.

Sata has to sing and illustrate the nursery school song below just to make sure that he hasnt renamed some parts.

Head & shoulders, knees & toes, Knees & toes. Head, shoulders, knees & toes, Knees & toes. And eyes, & ears, and mouth, And nose. Head, shoulders, knees and toes, Knees and toes.
