Lusaka Based Bishop, Two Others Nabbed In Connection With Brutal Murder Of Ruth Mbandu
A Lusaka based Bishop from a named church was today arrested in connection with the brutal murder of a student Ruth Mbandu. Others that were picked up by authorities to help with the investigations include the uncle of the deceased according to sources. When details are available we will keep you updated.

may the police do their best to bring the culprists to book. criminals should not just be seen killing innocent lives and walking freely in the streets. it is very common nowadays for those people who call themselves pastors,bishops, prophets to be found in illegal activities that abrogate the laws of our land.

I got suspicious of the uncle immediately the incident happened, he came out to me as not shocked and his statement had lots of loopholes!
He was also trying too hard to be agrieved and thought he could fool everyone by referring everything to God, we got to solve some mysteries here and now, man of God!!!

This is the reason as to why advocates of abolition of death sentence should think twice.The persons who killed Ruth did not care about her life.They brutally murdered her without any concern.If death penalty is abolished,they will stay in prison for a long time.Therafter,they will receive presidential clemency.Is it fair really?I think death sentence should be upheld in our constitution.

Why is the mother defending the uncle just because he is a family member – maybe the uncle knows what happened; maybe it was a ritual for business, or something else. In normal police cases, the nuclear family members are the first suspects.
