The angry traditional leader said although she knows Mpundu personally, he is not the father to Jade.
Archbishop Mpundu could however not be reached for a comment.
There has of late been rumours especially on the internet that Archbishop Mpundu is the biological father to Jade and that he is still in a relationship with Chieftainance Nkhomesya. It has also been claimed that the Catholic priest who is expected to be celibate visits the Soli chiefdom from time to time.
Archbishop Mpundu is one of the many Catholic priests who has been accused of fathering children secretly. Another prominent Catholic priest who is said to be ‘not only a father at church but also at home’ is the controversial Father Frank Bwalya.
