Mbesuma Signs 3 Year Deal With Orlando Pirates

Mbeesuma (right) at a press conference with orlando pirates coach

South African premier league club Orlando Pirates have swooped on Golden Arrows striker Collins Mbesuma!

Ntofontofo has signed a three-year deal with the Buccaneers.

After signing Onyekachi Okonkwo and Patrick Phungawyo in August, Bucs chairman Irvin Khoza said the club would make two more signings.

Pirates then put pen to paper with two strikers, Takesure Chinyama, and now Mbesuma.

The story on Pirates website reads: “The arrivals of Chinyama and Mbesuma will add the needed firepower up front in a season where the Buccaneers will contest in every competition possible, including the African Champions League.”

Honestly I laughed when I read this 30 minutes ago on supersport. I was just celebrating Man U grabbing Van Persie then to read Mbesuma is at Pirates! That was Hilarious! Is the OLando Pirates coach trying to calm the Zambian supporters for waht he did to Chansa or what is it? Is he perhaps trying to frustrate another Zambia? Agusto Palacious just put himself up to be the first coach to be fired next this season. No hard feelings to Mbesuma, he might not play half the games he played at Arrows last season at Pirates, Benny, Rantie wont give up a starting place easily.

@ Man On I agree this boy mbesuma should go redeem himself at PSL.Mbesuma this time around be sports man ok,stay focused and work extra hard. You have the potential but just blow it away the moment you start settling down.PSL is good market for other bigger leagues like english prem, seria A,bundasliga and if you keep up then young man you can get there. If you mess up then you are foolish
