UPND Vows Not To Be Intimidated

Opposition United party for National Development (UPND) spokesperson Charles Kakoma has charged that his party will not be intimidated to speak out for the voiceless in society.

Speaking in an interview with QFM News, Mr. Kakoma says no matter how the PF tries to oppress those with dissenting views, his party will not be moved.

And Mr. Kakoma has accused the ruling PF of frustrating the opposition through its attempts of blocking them from holding public rallies.

He says the persecution his party is allegedly going through is a source of strength ahead of future encounters.

And Mr. Kakoma has hailed the private media for giving his party a platform to voice out their concerns to the Zambian people.

He says the private media should keep up the good work and ensure that Zambians are informed adequately about the ills being committed by government.

Which voiceless people are you referring to Iwe Kakoma. We are tired of childish behaviour. You need to grow up if you are to regain my trust people you re claiming to represent. Try to push for internal democracy and have a convention first or change your useless constitution that is not respected. Tavupa!!

Its interesting to note that UPND still vows to continue pressing for lawlessness. If you vow to do something then there is usually an equal but opposite reaction. So, Mr Kakoma should take things easy otherwise their vow will never be archieved as the Police will also want to show them that they can never be intimidated the way I saw Siakalima asking the cops ati ‘ where has he manufanuctured you coz you were supposed to be in Ndola’ , to me I think Mr Siakalima is pushing his luck too far. I also heard Dr.Jere’s explanation that the Police cancelled the meeting because they were trying to protect HH and other properties , that they had information that something was bound to happen. Im sure HH should listern to advise sometimes instead of trying to campaign all the time.

The issue here is that Political parties must be accorded the freedom of expression. MMD accorded PF THE SAME.
Lets be or at least try to be civilized like Americans. Mitch Romney is busy addressing rallies without Police permits and all is well.
What is wrong with this country KANSHI…ARE WE modern Human beings or not.
We need to push the boundaries of CIVILIZATION
