Former Justice Minister Sebastian Zulu Sues Step-Son Over Rentals

FORMER Minister of Justice Sebastian Zulu has sued his step-son, Dominic Nzumba, accusing him of illegally staying in the family house without paying rentals.

Mr Zulu said his late wife, Loveness, who is also Mr Nzumba’s mother, built a house in Kanyama Improvement area in Lusaka but his step-son has been occupying it since September 1, 2009 without paying anything.

The former Cabinet minister (plaintiff), in his capacity as administrator, has sued his step-son (defendant), who is the second born child of Mrs Zulu who died on August 30, 2009.

So This Zulu is not satisfied with what he stole while served as Justice Minister and also what he stole in the pretext of chairing a comiision of inquiry whose outcomes were rubbished by UKWA? I did not expect the whole lot of a former minister suing his step son who is now orphaned. This is really very bad.

Honestly he wants the child to be paying rentals in his mother’s house? When the mother was building the house,Iam sure she had her children in mind.Let the child enjoy his mother’s sweat.Mr former minister must be one of those bad step fathers we have around. So he wants to throw the child out of the house because the wife is no more?Shame on you mudala.Old as you are you want to be chewing rentals,by the way how much is the same house per month? Didn’t you build your own house from which you can be surviving on without persecuting the opharned step son?Be mature old man.

So the government paid for him to live somewhere and now he has abused his savings on lavish lifestyle he needs to abuse his late wife and try to get a pension from her ashes.
The son should have full rights over the property if he has been living there for one year already without claims.
Possession is in the son’s hands to let the old man fight with evidence of where the money came from to build the house?
You may find the wife was holding all the assets like the first lady who did not own 7 guns but a house in Rhodespark,Mpika, flats in Chilenge etc etc and farms scattered all over N.P.
