We all ought to learn to first understand and then respect humanity. there are legal processes established on how to handle such matters! stripping the girl was wrong and let us teach members of our society that this is what it is, WRONG!
My question is where are the Policemen when all these things happen? It seems like there is no Police at all. Yes there will always be offenders but there is a right way of correcting the wrong.
