PF Nakonde Youth Chairman Defiles Girl, Case Sabotaged
Hi Editor, It is with great concern how cases of defilement are being handled in nakonde.
Recently, there was a case where a known person by the name of Micheal defiled an imbecile, and the matter was reported to the police and he was arrested. After the medical examination and the confession by the girl, it was established that it was true that the girl was defiled.
After three weeks, the man was released, and according to reliable sources the man had to dig his pockets for him to be released, money cows and other material things were involved for him to be released, now i wonder where we are going if such kind of people are being released without being proscuted.
The other one is where a named Patriotic Front (PF) youth Chairman, Ronnie Mulwe defiled a girl, the proof is there but the case has been reduced from DEFILEMENT to INDECENT ASSAULT, is there an NGO in Nakonde which deals in cases of defilement, and what is the community up to because its like the community are protecting the perpetrators of defilement. Can someone advise!

Ba Tumfweko and concerned resident of Nakonde,please investigate and when you have full info thats when you post or send your stories/news to the media not half baked info. The girl told the court that the man did not sleep with her but only touched her breasts and that is how the case was reduced to indecent assault and there was no medical report to prove that she has been defiled hence cross examining the girl.The girl has slept with alot of men in nakonde and the father counter reacted after being sued for defamation of character.Maybe he thought by taking him to court before defamation case could be heared would instill some fear in the guy and make him drop the defamation charges but Mr Mulwe could not back down.

We as Nakonde Police we hate Ronnie,but on this one balemufyengafye,the father told the girl what to say when we called her for the recording of the statement,and the bad part is that we received instructions from Muchinga commandant.That’s why we even denied him bail,and it has coasted us now,the Cio transfer,the one who arrested him Woman Malambo transfer,the one prosecuting him transfer and the station inspector transfer,the OIC was lucky coz he was outside the country,honestly the case was handled UN professionally,we even wanted to send him to isoka prisons.All the best mr CHAIRMAN!
