My wife is very unhygienic
Dear editor,
Please don’t reveal my my name. I am a married man and got married to my wife in 2011.
The problem I have is that my wife does not like to bath. Every-time one has to remind her to take a shower. You can imagine with all the sweating from work she prefers to sleep without bathing. I have been advising her to bath but she doesn’t heed my advice.
What can I do?

find reasons behind her acts, every woman’s pride is in her clean looking. other wise thats very strange to me. My wife at times bath three times a day and yours doesnt??

Before marrying her did you notice any of this weirdness? I mean am sure you did shackle up at some point. Let her know in no uncertain terms that:
1. she will not step into you bed before taking a splash,
2. you will never kiss her without taking splash,
3. You will never allow her to cook for you as long as she never takes a bath I mean she probably doesn’t wash her hands after taking a dump in the toilet then she goes straight to the kitchen to prepare you and the family’s food, and;
4. Tell her you will inform her family. The possible humiliation will force her to fall in love with H2O.

Well come to shipikisha club mwana! Iam pretty sure when you were courting, you did not see this problem and iam equally sure you also have some bad elements which you did not exhibit during courtship such as washing your pants and socks!
Best tool in marriage and any reltionship is communication and how you communicate matters most! Let your partner know how you feel about a particulaar situation!
For the time being, start having a bath with your wife and check yourself because you might be the main problem as to why your wife is not bathing! Good luck

Bathing is both hygien and shows beauty.your wife is unhealth and ugly.what you do is write a bathing timetable and make sure you möniter her.and tick every time finished. In case she jst washed her legs.

Find the secret behind her shunning to bath and ask her how she feels when she bathes. She is a woman and should not behave like a lunat who stays among rubbish bundles. A woman smells bad without a bath especially when she is attending her monthly period, how do you manage young man. The only solution is to divorce her otherwise, to my opionion,I am against her idea.

This is surprising. Ask some people to talk to her. Do u realise the stench that comes after that game and then someone decides not to bathe? Doesn’t she pollute the air wherever she sits? What I know is when a girl becomes of age, hygiene is the first thing she is taught, to shave, clean her “property” well and also how to look after herslf when she is in her MPs.

You get a lady from a high class area and dump her in a densely populated area and you expect her to bath ever day. Cant never. Put all the requirements in place and if she cant bath on her own then its your responsibility to bath her. Remember everything possible should be in place.

There is no PROBLEM here guys. this is an issue of up-bringing. at her parents’ home she bathed once probably coz she had a bed to herself and no one complained. during the first 5 yrs of marriage you actually learn each other(divorces are common also). men are even worse but our ladies keep teaching us how to accept positive critisism than bringing it to the public like this! remember school in the 80s… most pipo bathed “portrait” only. she may need a little push and she’ll change to suit your likings.

Its just one of the bad habits she has. You just encourage her by bathing with her all the time (morning before going for work and at bedtime). She will get used.
