SATA Says ‘Nevers Is a Liar. He Is Dancing Like a YoYo and Telling You Lies’

The President said this at a rally when he was drumming up support for Steven Masumba who will be contesting the by-elections to be held this month under the ruling Patriotic Front Party ticket.
“We have no MP in North Western, we have no MP in Southern and we have only one MP in Eastern Province. This boy (Masumba) came here on MMD, he saw that the party was not doing anything, he came, we made him minister and up to today I have not filled that post where he was. Nevers Mumba expelled him and he resigned. Now Nevers Mumba comes here dancing like a yoyo and telling you lies,” said President Sata.
Addressing a rally at Matushi Basic School in Mufumbwe to drum up support for PF candidate Stephen Masumba in Thursday’s by-election, President Sata said the choice on November 8 lay in the hands of the people of Mufumbwe as the government would only promise them development.
He urged Masumba to be humble and have respect for the people if he wants to be a good leader.
President Sata who also ordered Masumba to kneel before the people to ask for their votes said leaders that want to work for the people must have respect at all costs in spite of politics being a provocative business.
“The choice is yours, the whole of North Western Province you are in the hands of the opposition. Stop complaining about development if you want always to associate yourselves with the opposition,” President Sata said.
He said the people of Mufumbwe should not be paying attention to the lies that were being told by the opposition over Masumba and the PF government.
“Nevers Mumba is busy telling you lies and talking about Masumba dancing, was he dancing naked? Masumba is not a thief, Nevers Mumba started a church, people donated money in the Church, and he pocketed the money. He was telling lies that he was going to be a tele-evangelist. As soon as he pocketed the money, he formed a party. Nevers Mumba behaves like a boy. He doesn’t want people to see that he is an old man. He has got grey hair like me but he removes all the hair on his head,” President Sata said.
He said in Muchinga Province, all the seats were PF except one while in Northern Province, all the seats were PF and only two were for the opposition.
President Sata said that the people of North Western Province must begin to work with the government by voting for Masumba.

WE WASTED OUR VOTE. Instead of telling people well thoughtful and progressive strategy and road map to how the province will benefit from massive copper being harvested, you start telling people things which wont help them out of poverty. This is a generation of strategic thinking do jst speak please.

Check out the campaigns in the USA, so beautiful, so civilized, full of real facts, no one is insulting the other, no one is talking rubbish, everyone is focused on improving the lives of the people, what a civilized people! But here, people seem to be acutely uncivilized(balenunka ne fushi famu early stone age), from some leaders to most of the bloggers especially those uttering insults. Our leaders are being compared and comparing each other based on their profile of lies and ifishobo!The best leader seems to be the one who can churn out the biggest scorn and lies, what a joke! what a shame! what a country! what a people! are we leaving in a dream? Sata, government has mandate to venture into developmental activities even in places where people do not vote for you. That is a cheap carrot you are dangling and thinking people are ignorant. Its your govt’s DUTY and RESPONSIBILITY to work with all communities to foster development. For that seat, its a matter of choosing between two evils as both chaps are not leadership material. I would hate to be a Mufumbwe voter, voting for someone just for sake of filling in the blank.

Nevers being a liar, NO,NO,NO. A liar he is not.PF is yet to account for the many promises that have not been honoured.A promise not fulfilled is a lie.As for me I know who a liar is and come 2016 and God willing I know where to place my votes( Councillor, MP, AND PRESIDENT).For now am watching the players very, very, closely.
