Another by-Election Looms As UPND Expells Choma Mayor

Opposition United PArty for National Development [UPND] has expelled Mr. Jackson Makwampa who is Choma Mayor for allegedly being seen mingling with the ruling Patriotic Front [PF] official and also causing problems at the Conucil, Tumfweko understands.

In a letter dated 6th Nvember 2012, Mr Makwamba has been expelled with immediate effect.

Mr Makwamba has been very instrument in the transfer of the Town Clerk ingnoring the minister of local government.

    What have you guys commented on if I may ask?????? Be constructive bane.

    Coming to the issue at hand, these guys are wasting tax payer’s money. What’s going on and what kind of a game are we playing here?? PF relative can not be mingled with sure??

    Chaps (UPND) whats wrong with you if a member of your party wants to work with the government you always expell or suspend…Twapapata some of us pay tax and it hurts,all our money goin to by election…You bunch of losers

      They are suspended in order to give them a 100% un-divided loyalty to one Master not two. You can only serve one Master at a time, so goes the old adage ba Akapondo.

    If president Micheal Sata was had to behave like HH when he was in opposition he was not going to win. If HH want to be in state house he should not be shy but to do his politics the Sata way.

    Every party or organization has rules and regulations and one is bound to exculpate himself or herself if found wanting. Mr Makwamba is a member of my church and had some issues with the senior leadership in the church way back!

    This mayor will know that under UPND you will never eat with two hands,HH is not like Sata who has publicly failed to disciplin his Ministers.
