South African churches are fasting and in prayer and promising that they will act to prevent controversial American pop star Lady Gaga from entering and performing in the country this month.
The church group says that South African politicians should use the same power they used to block Chinese anti-government spiritualist the Dalai Lama from entering the country.
The leader of the South African Council of Churches, Rev Mxolisi Sonti, announced Christians would be fasting and praying even before a mass protest takes place to ensure Gaga’s visit does not take place. The protest is scheduled for tommorrow Friday 9th November.
Lady Gaga who is claimed to have once performed a satanic ritual in a London hotel room, is set to perform two stadium shows in South Africa and scheduled to be in Johannesburg on November 30 at the FNB Stadium and in Cape Town on December 3 at the Cape Town Stadium.
Rev Sonti appealed to the public asking people to join him in prayer and fasting for the march against Lady Gaga’s concert.
Sonti’s group has now raised its concerns, stating they are worried about the “destructive impact” Lady Gaga can have on South Africa’s youth.
This is not the first time the pop star has been slammed by a prominent group, and has also faced allegations that she is a Satanist. During her tour to the Philippines in May, a group of Christian youth’s protested against Lady Gaga’s Born This Way tour, saying the pop star’s music mocks Jesus Christ and God.
Reverend Mxolisi Sonti, who is also secretary of the youth forum, said they are afraid of the extent of Satanism in South Africa, and Gaga’s visit could lead to an exponential growth of Satanism. He also claimed that if the government could stop the Dalai Lama from coming to South Africa, then they can stop Lady Gaga as well.
The group is currently planning a march to the department of Arts and Culture in Pretoria on Friday, where they will be handing over a written request to the department in a bid to stop Gaga from coming to South Africa.
“Satanic Rituals”
According to the staff at London’s Intercontinental Hotel, Lady Gaga left her hotel suite’s bathroom filled with blood. Her room’s housekeeper stated that Gaga was “bathing in blood as part of a Satanic ritual”, the Vigilant Citizen website reports.
Gaga’s Born This Way 2011 album is also blasted by theological commentators as a mockery to Jesus Christ and God according to the Bible.

Eee, we should also start blocking these Congole musicians who come here to corrupt morals through their vulgar dancing. Zambians, how/why do you dance to something whose language you do not even understand?

Africans believe in Juju and witchcraft.
Sometimes the irony is missed by these religious mongers.
Get a life and ban the president Zuma who has married 6 wives against the rules of the bible.

Just wondering,”To bath in blood”…where would you get such an amount of blood? Were there people who were reported missing? And did they recover the bodies? How sure are we that the red substance was actually blood? Sometimes it is good to look at issues critically, before making conclusive judgements.

This article does not specify whether it is human blood or that of another animal. Collecting large amounts of goat or cow blood for example,is a very easy thing to do, as people eat use it for food. Bathing in it is another matter.
