Kapiri Mposhi Male Nurse Rapes Sister-in-Law, Bolts
A MALE nurse in Kapiri Mposhi has allegedly raped his 17-year-old sister-in-law and fled his home, police have said.
According to the police, Dennis Chela, based at Tazara Clinic, who is currently on study leave, allegedly instructed his sister-in-law to clean his bedroom while his wife was away.
The girl obliged and started sweeping the room but Mr Chela allegedly came into the room, locked the door and forced himself on the teenager.
Central Province police commissioner Standwell Lungu confirmed the incident to the Daily Mail in an interview in Kabwe yesterday.
Mr Lungu said the incident happened around 12:00 hours on Thursday in Riverside and the victim, who is currently writing her examinations, reported the matter to police in Kapiri Mposhi on Thursday.
“We have a report of rape in Kapiri Mposhi….a man raped his sister-in-law on Thursday around 12:00 hours. He is on the run and we have launched a manhunt to establish the truth,” Mr Lungu said.
Mr Lungu also revealed that a 13-year-old girl in Kapiri Mposhi’s Mukonchi has been defiled by a 37-year-old man.
Mr Lungu said the victim was allegedly defiled by Gracious Chibole and police are yet to make an arrest.
The minor was allegedly defiled on Thursday.

Why run away?The girl is 17 she was not defiled. Maybe this mulamu of his was playing in his `d-zone` too much and he decided to unleash after she consented.

I think the girl should have reported the matter to the family members.This is a family issue.Reporting to the police will do more harm than good because the sister to the victim will have the burden of caring for all the children.It’s like the victim resembles the her sister(wife to Mr.Chela),hence the attraction.I’m equally madly attracted to my sister in-inlaw.She resembles my wife but I’m trying my best to avoid…..and I hope I will manage.Sometimes she sits carelessly,she wraps in a chitenge material when she goes for a bath…I’m usually tempted.I know my colleague was ‘taken.’I agree with Gen.Kanene’s song ‘Mulamu Mulamu.’

He really did force himself on her, he sho0uld have tried persuading her, if she declines, just apologise and leave her. Immediately she accepts, but probably she expresses reservations of doing it in her sister’s bedroom, you find alternatives, you avoid those unnecessary toubles for yourself, when you can have it peacefully!!

I have stopped getting surprised with such issues. If a man can rape his own child, what of a sister in law, some men nolonger have respect for themselves if for sure you have the courage to propose a woman you know very well that she is married what of your sister in law. my conclusion is that there will be few men in heaven i rest my case.
