HH: SATA’s Creation of new Districts In Western Province Is ill-Intended, PF Is a Violent Party

Speaking during a press briefing at the UPND party secretariat this morning, Mr. Hichilema said the creation of five districts in the province is ill intended.
President Sata recently announced the creation of Nalolo, Sioma, Mitete, Luampa and Sikongo as new districts in Western province.
And Mr. Hichilema has charged that the Patriotic Front government is making major economic decisions on impulse.
He says it is unfortunate the newly created districts have not been budgeted for and wonders where funds will come from to build infrastructure befitting a district.
And speaking at the same occasion, UPND Lusaka Province chairperson, Adrian Bauleni who was recently arrested in connection with the murder of a PF cadre Menyani Zulu said his incarceration has strengthened his resolve to fight for social economic justice.
He has since charged that PF is a violent party that is not good for democracy.

The assertion by HH that Sata is running away from the Barotse agreememt is good in that it is chasing him toward creating development for the people in Districts and not development for Litungas’ appetite for power.

People, HH has spoken facts. Do not just criticize just for the sake of criticizing. PF is acting on impulse and this can be very dangerous. Apart from the budget for the districts as discussed by HH above, where will poor Kambwili get the money to build the sports stadium? Oh, and there is a university to be built immediately. This Sata is a joke!

If from the blues RB was able to dress all the trees give out money to anyone he liked, that was tax payers money and there was no budget for tree dressing. So what is wrong in using such kind of money on development?? I have no problem in proprely using goverment slash funds for developmental project. Sata is spot on lets give him the necessary support. issue surrounding 2016 should not stop us go into developing our nation.

This HH has completely lost direction. Govt y/day announced huge amounts set aside in the 2013 budget for infrastructure development in the newly created districts. What else does this under five want? Development comes to Western province, he complains, development does not come, he complains, does this man know what is good for the people?
Slowly HH is showing that he actually the real Chimbwi No Plan (CNP).

No development in western province HH complained bitterly and now development goes to western province he again complains.jumping jumping no direction. Its now clear who is a Chimbwi No Plan.
Its understood the Development being taken to western province leaves him a skeleton in 2016
The recent ward elections in western province brings out what the real people of western province want’development’ not politicking. A listening govt will take development to them. That leaves HH with no weapon to use as opposition.
HH’s fall in ‘his’ Mufumbwe gives a forecast on what awaits him in 2016.

Tell us what you are going to do.Tell us the same failures and pending issues that you are refering to,proof of Violent when its the UPND who was accused of killing a pF cadre,tell us the importance of William Tekere Banda in your party,tell us how you are going to unite the country,how you will bring development,tell us about your source of the riches you have so that you clean your name of anything suspecious about the your sources,prove to us that you are not in politics to protect your interests,what is your view about various issues raised in the draft constitution so as we hear you views about certain issues which an ordinay citinzen can not understand,interprete the impact of the budget on the ordinary zambian,advise on labour issues,investors,your youth policy and how you will tacle unemployment and by what means,advise on issues of taxation and privitisation and also clear your name on the issues of mines privitasation..i can go and on and on…..HH we are tired of your ranting,please focus on real issues and we are hear to judge.You can tell by the comments on this article that you are really not addressing the real issues and people will continue resenting you for as long as you continue in this kind of politcs.

His point over the source of funds is very valid. However, he must chose his tone and words with care.
In life it matters most how you say anything. HH is a learned colleague, and we expect his sentiments to be as such.
Sata won the elections because he was the only viable option. HH should strive to win because he is the better candidate- the one offering sound checks and balances.
Everyone knows the type of crowd Sata attracts. HH should try and attract the rest.
If he choses the “BAD BOY” path, it will only spell disaster for his otherwise good political carrier.
