Witchcraft: Naked Man Found At ECZ Alongside Dead Black Cat, Claims It’s His Blackberry Phone
A man in his twenties surprised on lookers near Electoral Commission of Zambia-ECZ premises in Lusaka when he appeared naked brandishing a dead cat.
The man who was found with the cat claimed it was his black berry phone that he used as a communication Device.
According to a security officer at ECZ premises, Sitali Mutukwa, the unclothed man could not clearly explain his mission.

Our own civilisation as a nation can be judged by how we treat our mental patients. It is sad that the young man is being publicised in handcuffs when the primary indication is that he is mentally disturbed. The Victim Support Unit (VSU) is supposed to come to the aid of such vulnerable persons. I am sure he has suffered much humiliation since his arrest. Lucky that he has not been burnt alive or stoned to death by some instant mob justice.I hope the Police command and the relevant Ministry will look into this matter.
