Shot Zambian Worker Put To Rest
The Zambian worker who was shot dead by a Somali national in Ndola has been put to rest at Mitengocemetry.
Holland Kabaso, 36,was put to rest this afternoon at a solemn gathering also attended by some government officials that included Copperbelt Minister MwenyaMusenge,Labor Minister FacksonShamendaamong others.
Speaking during burialMr.Shamenda condemned the action by the Somali national and stated that government will not entertain such behaviorbut will ensure labor laws are adhered to.
And the Somali National that murderedKabaso,today appeared before the Ndola Magistrate Court under tight security.
Omar Mohammed Hashi,30, appeared before Magistrate Benny Akende at 08:20 hours where the charge was formally read to him.
Five Minutes later, police officers led Hashi back to remand prison where he is currently detained. He is set to appear again for mention on 3rd January,2012.

Zambians are docile. If it was in Tanzania, the somali devel was going to be burnt alive in full view of the police. This is sad, foreigners are killing Zambians on Zambian soil and the head of State has not come out as strong as he did when a Rufunsa PF cadre was killed?
If this is the case we want to see Justice some in the Judiciary are on the pay roll of foreigners and other corrupt individuals, like Kitwe High Court Judge Judy Mulongoti.
