He advised Mr Muchima to concentrate on developing his constituency instead of playing a blame game over the revocation of his appointment.
The Ikeleng’i member of Parliament alleged that Mr Masumba has something personal against him and has been collaborating with Mwinilunga district commissioner Victor Kayekesi in the fight.
On Monday, President Sata revoked the appointment of Mr Muchima as deputy Minister of Lands, Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and replaced him with Kabompo East MMD MP Danny Ching’imbu.
Mr Muchima said Mr Masumba has allegedly been organising people in Ikeleng’i to revolt against him. Last week, a group of people presented a petition to Mr Masumba demanding Mr Muchima’s removal.
Mr Muchima said if there is something Mr Masumba holds against him, it had better be discussed for the sake of development.
“He has been fighting me. He went further to organise people to revolt against me. He has been causing ‘havoc’ and disturbances in the province,” Mr Muchima alleged.
He said before Mr Masumba was appointed North-Western minister, there was harmony in the province.
“I don’t know why he [Mr Masumba] is so bitter with me. He has played a role in my dismissal for self-motives. I wish him well and I have put everything in God’s hands,” Mr Muchima said.
He congratulated Mr Ching’imbu on his appointment and wished him well.
Mr Muchima thanked President Sata for appointing him to serve in Government and called on people in the province to support him as he continues to guide national development.
“It’s normal in politics for these things to happen [to be dismissed]. We need to support President Sata and we have to look up to him,” he said.
But Mr Masumba said Mr Muchima should dedicate his efforts and time developing dilapidated infrastructure in his constituency.
He said there was no way he could have played a role in the revocation of his appointment because such powers are vested in the President.
“I have nothing personal against Mr Muchima. I was appointed just like he was. Let him not bring issues to me,” he said.
Mr Masumba said Mr Muchima is wasting his “precious time” talking about him instead of improving infrastructure in Ikeleng’i.
“I have defended Mr Muchima several times on several occasions,” he revealed.
He warned Mr Muchima against drawing him into his “problems” because he is capable of firing back at him when provoked.

It is a sign that you are not cultured and mannered to insult his mother suppose those insults where directed on your mother. Surely this site is mearnt to inform and not a platform for insults. Such is a the saying, ‘You reap what you sow’. Mr Muchima must not be surprised at his exit from government, we are being led by a man of actions, today this, tomorrow that, next week, month and year and so on and so forth.
Next will be Wynter Kabimba and he’ll cry foul and begin holding dark corner meetings. But beware of the Kobra, he spares non is his path of ‘development’
So Mr Muchima just back bench and debate for the sake of your constituents who elected you to National Assembly, that cannot be taken from you.

Hey folks, has anyone been wondering what ever became of MMD Chief Bootlicker and Senior Citizen? They sure have been quiet since the epic defeat of their godfather RB by one underestimated underdog Michael Chilufya Sata! Could it be they have both quietly disappeared because they have been caught up in the Nevers (More like “Nervous”, if you ask me, lol!!?) Mumba upheavals now tearing down the MMD? Could it be that either MMD Chief Bootlicker and Senior Citizen IS in fact Kachingwe or Chituwo, or Namugala or one of those senior MMD officials now in disagreement with “Nervous”? Just wondering… And while we are at it, whatever happened to the hopelessly optimistic HH fanatical supporter Maestro Hehehehehe?

Nice way of “condemning” the Post’s actions by the Zambian Waatchdog! They go right ahead and do exactly the same thing: publish the offensive photos!!! Hypocrites! AAt least LT is not passing judgement. And the ZWD does not even have the balls to carry comments popinting their folly out!!
