Mr. Kabimba says government will not sit down and watch the opposition political leaders’ act irresponsibly by making statements that have the potential to destabilize the country.
And Mr. Kabimba has noted that what the opposition leaders need to do is to sell themselves to the public in a proper manner and not by making wild allegations that do not have substance.
And Mr. Kabimba has also dismissed allegations that the Public Order Act is an instrument that the PF is using to deny the opposition permits to hold public political gatherings. He added that the PF managed to get into power even with the existence of the public order Act adding that government has nothing to do with how the Act in question is being applied by the Police.
And on Friday inspector General of Police Stella Libongani defended the public order act by saying Police did not see anything wrong with the piece of legislation which is meant to maintain law and order.

I also hate ths man so called SG. he is making life 4 Lubinda very difficult. He wud have handled Lubindas issue administratively, but wat did he do? Taking it to da media so dat caders can help him achieve his selfish motives. Whyter can never be a leader of ths great nation. If ths continue, PF is not crossing in 2016.

He is just in a wrong camp, he grew up in kafue in a sober neighbourhood. Ababafikala abalemushupa abapala abena Summer, (I mean Autumn, no I meant to say Spring, no no he can never be Spring, Summer or Autumn. He is Wynter Kamimbya aka Wynter Kabimba) bakulile mu ghetto iyakutintilila bad kind. Not to dis abatintilila but just saying the mentality they have is that of the poverty they experienced.
He does not need PR, he is most admirable minister and leader in PF. Who can you compare with him in PF? For sure he is a wrong seed there. How can you be the only wise person in the midst of ****** people?

Winter no one arrested you for visiting markets, or chiefs, or holding an indoor or public meeting and no one warned or threatened to arrest you for any of these. We know because we saw your party do all these things. Nothing different from what Nevers is doing. If you are a popular political party show us your popularity by allowing others to check you. Why does this Wynter of yours sound like a kaponya? Have you paid attention to his accent? To me he does not conduct himself like a learned person. We know that politics can brainwash people, but we’ve lawyers in politics who still sounded like intellectual whenever they spoke; Eric Silwamba, Levy Mwanawasa and a few others in Garden Motel class that needed UNIP’s grip in us, are a classic example. These guys brought a new light to Zambian politics after the generation of stone-throwers who liberated us from colonial rule. But listening to Kabimba you feel like part of Mainza Chona’s or Kamalondo’s audience!!
