Wedson Nyirenda Quits Zesco United

Wedson Nyirenda has quit Zesco United after a season with the Levy Mwanawasa side.

Impeccable sources at the club have disclosed that Nyirenda tendered his resignation comes as a surprise as there was no indication he would leave.

Nyirenda was back at Zesco at the start of the 2012 season after a successful spell in 2009 and 2010.

He moved to Zanaco in 2011 but made his way back to the Ndola side where things did not turn out as expected. Zesco fell out of the top two brackets and miss out on continental football this season.
