Despite a six month suspension, the Patriotic Front has slapped on its Kabwata member of Parliament Given Lubinda, residents in the constituency have vowed to continue supporting him.
Speaking in an interview with one of the residents Augustine Chabu says the six month suspension slapped on Mr. Lubinda is enough to iron out any misunderstandings that had recently rocked the ruling party.
Mr.Chabu adds that no other punishment other than the current suspension should be meted on Mr Lubinda because doing so will be tantamount to forcing a costly by-election which must be avoided by all means.
And speaking when he graced the seventy-ninth Boys Brigade induction ceremony of the Reformed Church in Zambia-RCZ, Mr. Lubinda finally spoke out on his excruciating episode that led to his suspension.
Despite the ban from the party, the Kabwata area MP has maintained that he has not yet been served with the letter.

What type of reporting is this? Just one person coming out as a supporter of Lubinda and you want to generalise it on kabwata residents. Your reporting is highly questionable.

KlPf has shown the way on how to exhaust desplinery channels and reaching a good decision on Lubinda.flankly speaking, this is a good decision for a comrade of Lubinda’s carible which has saved the country of a bye election and shamed the treacherous campainers against Lubinda. Conglants to PF and Lubinda. My advise to Lubinda is to be calm and be determined as ever coz he has a bright future. Many thanks to the Pf higher authorities and president!!!

mr lubinda its a shame how the Paya Farmer government has treated you. they are busy dancing with crooks like namulambe, masebo and masumba and they have thrown a member like you to the Back bench, how saddening. Mr Lubinda you are very much welcome to our progressive party UPND when you decide to leave the Paya Farmer government.

Lubinda has shown maturity in that issue, since the time it started all those mistreatment he has suffered at the hand of PF member he has never answered back. i like your spirit keep it up. you really deserve another chance to serve as a cabinet minister.
