A man of Lusaka’s Misisi compound has spent over two years residing in a toilet.
Michael Mwale, 66, has allegedly been forced out of his sister’s house and condemned to toilet conditions.
When talked to, Mr. Mwale only cursed his life and wondered why his blood sister has neglected him to a level of a nobody.
And irate Misisi compound residents have called on the Human Rights Commission to arrest the relatives keeping the victim in the toilet.
They expressed disappointment over the police not taking action despite the case having been reported.

Are any of you the bread winner for the extended family .? If yes then you know how some relatives believe God chose you to feed the whole family while they wait around. I have worked for 20 years and I have kept so many people some now have PHDs, houses, companies fancy cars while I continue. Paying rent, school fees for brothers, sisters and cousins who have chosen irresponsible lifestyles. If this man is able bodied let him leave his sister alone – these are the type of brothers who even want to organize boyfriends for you so that they can gain.

The man has no brains at all. If he is able bodied let him find a way to get back to the village where he will never be Mr Toilet again.

The man even mentioned that his mother is being looked after by catholics meaning if his mother had her own place he was going to be staying there, very shamefull indeed. I m sure his sister has gone thru hell, i wish i cud hear her side of the story. He must ve been irresposible when he was energetic…but he s not very old, he shud fend for himself.
